“with a sound work of max. 10 seconds on the subject “sample” which, as Wikipedia says, “refers to [...] a point in time and/or space”. You can approach your contribution as a fragment of something already existing or as a module of something still to be made. Think of 1970s sound collections for do-it-yourself movie makers, samples in music, a piece from a conversation or a brick of a building.

The Sample Session will be a collection of sound works (a sound library if you want) that will be brought together on a 7 or 10 inch vinyl record”
